Our workshops usually take a specific number of days or half-days and are designed for five to twelve people. Tor Consulting uses a combination of onsite or offsite meetings, virtual online workgroups, and telephone interviews.

Implementation often immediately follows the workshops so your people can quickly apply what they have learned and benefit from the results. Ongoing mentoring and support is available to teams or individuals to sustain strategic execution and performance improvement.

Our facilitation methods are based in part on methods developed and refined over forty years by the Institute of Culture Affairs. The ICA’s methods create a common agreement and understanding in groups. We modify the ICA's methods with what we've learned over 25 years of facilitating performance improvement.

Our scorecard and dashboard development uses industry standard software that can operate with manually entered data, text files downloaded from database systems, or interactively through dynamic connections directly to a database. We often use Microsoft Excel, but depending upon your requirements and budget may also recommend additional business intelligence software for increased analytics or visual displays.
