The Structure Is…

A series of two or three 4-hour workshops will rapidly identify the Critical Success Factors that are most critical to your operations success. The first two of these sessions should be on adjacent days. These workshops produce statements of the Critical Success Factors, a visual map, a matrix of prioritized initiatives or projects, measures, metrics, and managers. 

An additional workshop with a team of cross-functional managers builds buy-in and develops the actual project and task level work plans to insure execution. Managers leave the workshop with prioritized list of projects, accountable managers identified, project metrics, and preliminary schedules.

Tor Consulting has been developing operational dashboards since 1990. After assisting with metrics definitions we can create operational dashboards for finance, marketing, sales, manufacturing, quality control, and other areas. We select the dashboard software that best fits your IT structure, budget, and management needs. Solutions may range from Microsoft Excel to systems giving high-level interactive ad hoc query capabilities.
